The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a comprehensive solution that helps businesses tackle the challenges of developing and delivering enterprise-grade software and systems quickly and efficiently. It is an online, freely accessible repository of proven practices for implementing Lean-Agile methodologies at an enterprise scale.
SAFe ensures alignment, collaboration, and delivery across numerous Agile teams. Its scalable and customizable nature allows organizations to tailor the framework to their specific needs, whether they involve smaller projects with 50–125 practitioners or complex systems requiring thousands of personnel.
A member of a SAFe Agile Team, certified as a SAFe 6 Practitioner (SP), possesses the skills to define, build, and test increments of value in a short timeframe. This certification represents a professional on a dedicated team capable of elaborating, designing, implementing, and validating components or features.
In the three-day SAFe for Teams training course, attendees will gain a thorough understanding of the Agile Release Train (ART), its value delivery process, and their roles within it using Scrum, Kanban, and XP. They will learn to write stories, break down features, plan and execute iterations, and plan Program Increments. Additionally, they will explore the continuous delivery pipeline, DevOps culture, and how to effectively integrate with other teams while continuously improving the train.
By attending the class, individuals will be prepared to take the exam and achieve the SAFe 6 Practitioner (SP) certification.
