Leading SAFe


In this comprehensive two-day course, participants will acquire the expertise to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The course covers fundamental principles from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps. Attendees will explore the five key competencies required for a Lean Enterprise, learn and practice skills for PI Planning, and coordinate multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

Participants will gain insights into the Lean-Agile mindset, understanding its effectiveness in today's dynamic marketplace, and what it entails to lead a Lean-Agile transformation. They will learn to build and support Agile teams and programs, empower a Lean Portfolio, establish a Continuous Delivery Pipeline, foster a DevOps culture, and manage large solutions. By becoming a SAFe 5 Agilist (SA), attendees will develop globally sought-after skills, enabling their enterprises to thrive in a disruptive market.

This three-day class also prepares individuals to take the certification exam to become a certified SAFe Agilist (SA).
